Our Approach to Email

We use Amazon SES to deliver transactional and notification emails to our users and their event attendees. We take email deliverability and consent seriously:

• All email addresses are collected directly from users during voluntary registration.
• We never purchase, rent, or use third-party email lists.
• Emails are only sent to users who have explicitly consented to receive communications.
• Every email includes clear sender identification and an option to manage preferences.
• We monitor bounce rates, complaints, and delivery metrics to maintain high sender reputation.
