1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eventik platform (eventik.web.id), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Eventik is an event management and ticketing platform enabling users to create, manage, and sell tickets for events online. The platform provides tools for event creation, participant registration, payment processing, and attendee communication.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eventik for:

• Any unlawful purpose or violation of applicable laws
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam) to event attendees or third parties
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise platform security
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Collecting user information without proper consent and disclosure

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you are responsible for ensuring your event complies with applicable laws, providing accurate information to attendees, honoring stated refund policies, and obtaining proper consent before sending attendee communications.

6. Email Communication

Eventik uses Amazon SES for transactional emails. By creating an account, you consent to receive account-related emails (verification, password reset, security alerts, service notifications). Organizers are responsible for ensuring proper consent for attendee emails. See our Email Communication Policy.

7. Payment Processing

Eventik facilitates payment processing through third-party providers. By using ticketing features, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Eventik is not a payment processor and does not hold funds.

8. Service Limitations

Eventik is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventik shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
