  • Event Information: Event details including name, date, venue, description, ticket types, and pricing.
  • Attendee Information: Names, email addresses, and registration details of individuals who register for your events.
  • Payment Information: Processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Communication Data: Messages sent through our contact form or support channels.

3. How We Use Email Addresses

We use Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) to deliver transactional and service-related emails:

  • Account verification and email address confirmation
  • Password reset and account recovery
  • Security alerts (new device or location login)
  • Event-related notifications (registration confirmations, reminders, updates)
  • Account activity notifications
  • Important service announcements

We do not: Send unsolicited marketing emails to purchased or third-party lists. All email addresses are collected directly from users during voluntary registration or event sign-up.

4. Email Consent & Communication

During account registration, users must explicitly consent to receive account-related emails via a dedicated checkbox. Users can manage communication preferences in account settings. Certain essential emails (password reset, security alerts) cannot be opted out of while the account is active.

5. Data Security

  • All data transmitted via HTTPS with TLS encryption.
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text.
  • We implement access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only.
